Fortaline Plus is indicated to restore the balance between omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids. The most beneficial and active of these fats are EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), which play a crucial role in the prevention of arteriosclerosis, heart attack, depression and cancer.
Adequate consumption of both fatty acids during pregnancy and breastfeeding improves the health of the mother, the foetus and the new-born.

Children: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) per day
Adults: 2 teaspoons (10 ml) per day
